We gathered data from the Greater Louisville MLS to search and find neighborhoods in the area that had the most expensive homes (1 million plus) over the last five years. Some of the neighborhoods that made the list may not surprise some Louisvillians.

Based on the statistics gathered from the Greater Louisville MLS, compared to July 2016, the data shows homes continue to sell faster compared to the previous year. Inventory continues to lag behind the buyer's demand. Median sale price for real estate in Louisville has slightly increased by 0.9% from last July. The percentage of list price and actual sold price has increased to 98.34%.
