Based on the statistics gathered from the Greater Louisville MLS, compared to April 2016, the data shows homes continue to sell faster compared to the previous year. Inventory continues to lag behind the buyer's demand. Median sale price for Louisville real estate has increased by 18.5% from last April. The percentage of list price and actual sold price has slightly decreased to 98.15%.
