Below is a quick overview of the current Louisville real estate market. Numbers and statistics are gathered from the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors® (GLAR) for March 2025.


Home Prices

Are Home Prices Dropping in Louisville? Statistically, we see home prices increase during the spring and summer months. We saw home prices peak last year in June at $289,900. For March 2025, the median sale was slightly up ($278,000). We anticipate activity will increase in April and carry on through the spring and the median home prices will likely increase as well.
