Below is a quick overview of the current Louisville real estate market. Numbers and statistics are gathered from the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors® (GLAR) for August 2025.


Home Prices

Are Home Prices Dropping in Louisville? Statistically, we see home prices slow during the fall and winter months. We saw home prices peak in June this year at $305,000, which was the same situation as last year. For August 2025, the median sale just topped out at $296,050. We anticipate activity and prices to slow a little for September 2025 as we enter the Fall season.
