The kitchen cabinets have been refaced, the bathroom has been updated, and the HVAC system was replaced about seven years ago. Easy access as there are only a couple of steps at the entry as well as a small ramp. Out back, a fully fenced yard lined with mature trees gives you a private, enclosed space for pets or gardening. The exterior is low maintenance, and if you hired a lawn service that gives you much of the ease of condo living on a lot of your own. The seller has relocated out of state, and the home is offered as-is and priced to reflect it. Village Green puts you in the Oldham County Schools district while keeping shopping, restaurants, and shorter commutes in eastern Jefferson County close by.
