Welcome to the Lake Forest subdivision. Originally developed on over 2000 acres more than 30 years ago. Lake Forest has continued to grow as one of the most popular neighborhoods in the East End of Louisville.

The HOA fee covers things such as maintenance of grounds including landscaping and irrigation, landscape lighting, street lights, pools, snow removal, tennis courts, and the neighborhood facilities. This also includes a weekly garbage collection.
